Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure availability to receive your parcel at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping details are correct and complete. Skin Dovia is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or solution.
